Monday, July 26th, 1920: Marshall at His Best, Blanks Rio de Janeiro
The strong arm of Patrick Marshall dealt a lot of misery to the Carnival. He tossed a complete-game shutout to spark the US Army Baseball Engineers to a 6-0 win. In today's contest at Baseball Engineers Ballpark, Marshall limited Rio de Janeiro to 5 hits and had 3 strikeouts and 5 walks.

This season Marshall has fanned 49 in 203.1 innings and collected a 13-9 record with a 2.92 ERA.
